Amenorrhea is a condition related to irregular menstrual cycle in women. Normally women miss their menstrual cycle which is completely normal. But if you miss 3-4 periods in a row you have more chances of Amenorrhea.

  • If it is caused by excess exercise, one should decrease the amount of exercises being done. In most cases it will solve the issue

  • To treat drug-induced Amenorrhea, stop consumption of medicines and drugs (after consulting your doctor!)

All were observed for 20 weeks. Of the treated women, six fully recovered normal menstrual cycles and one partially recovered. Of those not treated, only one fully recovered.
